Privacy and saved projects
Shoreline Planworks uses your email address to provide sign-in, verification, and password recovery. Passwords are stored as salted, one-way hashes, not readable passwords.
Your layouts
You can design and preview without an account. The editor may retain your current layout in this browser. Saving a project stores its layout and the project details you enter on our hosting service. Saved projects are private to your access credentials and authorized Shoreline Planworks personnel.
Sharing a saved project
Projects are private by default. You can grant another verified account permission to view or edit one selected project. Sharing includes the layout, its entered contact details and notes, and later saved changes to that project. It does not expose your other projects, password, or submission files. Only the project owner can submit it for drafting. You can revoke access; revocation cannot recall copies someone already downloaded. Review the project details before confirming a share.
Submitting a project
Submitting sends the selected design and its entered project and contact details to Shoreline Planworks for the requested drafting work. Submission notifications go to our business inbox.
Service providers and security
Our hosting and email providers process the data needed to operate the portal and deliver account messages. We use Resend for email delivery. Account links are private and should not be forwarded. This service is not end-to-end encrypted against its operator.
Questions and removal requests
Contact plans@shorelineplanworks.com to ask about your data or request account and saved-project removal. Submitted project records may need to be retained for the work you requested. We will explain any retention that applies to your request.
